Leading the way

Become a unit leader and complete the leadership development programme. Help support other volunteers by taking on a different kind of role. Such as:

commissioner: help support your district, division or county.
coordinator: help promote and support volunteers in a specialist role – maybe you could even become an Inspire coordinator.
helper: take part in events, admin, planning or just help where needed. Become a unit, district, division or county helper.
