I have worked for Girlguiding Anglia for 2 years, firstly as PA to the Executive and then in my present role. I’m a unit leader for a Rangers group, assistant leader at Guides and District Treasurer so am thoroughly immersed in guiding. I love the opportunities it has provided me as an adult and the consequent empowerment it has given to provide opportunities to girls and young women.

My role in Girlguiding Anglia is to provide support and advice on Girlguiding Anglia’s strategic and operational priorities in relation to supporting our twelve Girlguiding Counties recruit and retain girls and volunteers. I work closely with the Girlguiding Growing Guiding team as well as County Commissioners and County Growth Teams and love nothing more than getting out and about to meet our enthusiastic and committed volunteer members.

I have oversight of the membership systems and data and impact team members alongside working to influence the integration of learning and development, marketing and communications and growth and retention in the delivery of our programme offer.

I would describe myself as Enthusiastic, driven, future-orientated.
