Louise Copley

I manage Girlguiding Anglia Retail which includes the online shop and the shop here at Hautbois Activity Centre.  I have been working for Girlguiding Anglia since January 2006; my role is very diverse and as a result I have enjoyed many different experiences during my time here which includes designing logos/clothing, website development, IT, finance, taking a shop out to both small and large events. One of those has been taking a shop to our largest Brownie event “Starburst” held at Butlins in Skegness in 2014 and again in 2018.

I get to meet lots of wonderful volunteers who make guiding possible. My daughter has been volunteering for Girlguiding since she was 16 and is now an assistant leader in East Sussex.

I like to keep fit as much as I can and enjoy going to the gym, playing padel tennis, tennis, cycling, basically anything which keeps me active and healthy!

I work with a great team who make everything possible and the comments we get from our members makes it all worthwhile.
